In order to get moving and to be energized, the first step you can take is just drinking water. Drinking water can help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism. Good hydration can help with your bones and teeth. Did you know humans can only survive one week without water? And drinking water can help you get rid of the waste in your body, help you exercise better, and everyone is doing it.
My challenge for you this week is 128oz of hydration. Try your best to get about 128oz of water daily. Coffee, tea, and /or a smoothie. Is also acceptable, but I want you to aim for water.
